1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Currently, we only ship to verified physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, US territories, or freight forwarders at this time. All online transactions, product pricing, and shipping settlements are processed strictly in USD (US Dollars).

2. SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

We are proud to offer  Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.

  • Minimum Purchase Thresholds: None ($0.00 required).
  • Hidden Costs: There are no membership fees, handling costs, or unexpected shipping charges added to your order at checkout.

3. ORDER PROCESSING, TRANSIT, & TIMELINES

To ensure complete transparency and manage delivery expectations, here is our reliable fulfillment schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time, New York). Orders placed after this time will be inducted into the processing cycle on the following business day.
  • Order Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday through Friday). Please note that orders are not processed, packaged, or dispatched from our facility on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during recognized US national holidays.
  • Transit & Shipping Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday through Friday). Transportation times are dictated by domestic shipping carriers.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 Business Days from the date of purchase.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation email containing your specific carrier tracking number(s) immediately once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility. The tracking hyperlink will typically become active and scannable within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our online store or via the shipping carrier's official logistics tracking portal.

5. DELAYED ORDERS & MITIGATION

If we experience an exceptionally high volume of seasonal orders, domestic shipments may occasionally be delayed by a few business days. Please allow additional days in transit for standard delivery. In the event of a severe or significant logistical delay regarding your package shipment, our customer support desk will contact you promptly via email or telephone to provide accurate updates.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES & CARRIER RETURNS

Customers are fully and legally responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping details during the checkout phase. If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect, insufficient, or invalid address provided by the customer, we will reach out to you directly to coordinate redelivery.

Please note that Torving cannot be held legally or financially liable for carrier transit delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries arising from inaccurate shipping details submitted by the buyer.
